HOW A 9-YEAR-OLD WAS CHATTING ON THE DARKWEB MARKETPLACE

A 9-year-old I am with was chatting with someone on a dark web marketplace. This child was able to configure the TOR browser and also got the url to the site without my knowledge and was doing her own thing. I found an onion browser on her study laptop. She did the configurations like I have done mine.
She did not know the implications of what she was doing. I was not hard on her because I also accessed the dark web for the first time when I was 11 years.

I have been matching drugs on the dark web for the past 3 days, trying to find out the particular vendor she was chatting with. Even as a professional, I visit the dark web four times a week.

The dark web is often associated with various illegal activities, such as the sale of stolen data, hacking tools, drugs, weapons, and other contraband. Cybercriminals leverage the anonymity provided by the dark web to conduct their activities discreetly.

The same method you use to rate sellers on Amazon is also how criminals rate sellers on the dark web. You do not purchase with cards but rather with bitcoins.

Thankfully, I found that vendor, ended their communication and deleted her account. She told me she wants to be like me, and the best thing for her to do is to explore, so I should let her keep it. NO NO😂.

The darkweb sites are not available or reachable by normal search engines; the TOR browser or Onion browser is the best to help you access these dark sites.
The scary part of the darkweb is that you can even hire assassins on the darkweb.

What my small girl did not know was that FBI agents are often on the dark web, and should she have made a purchase, she would be served a letter.

I have to be careful with these little ones whenever they are with me; they are fast learners.
This site is silk road. Silk road was taken down three times by the FBI but the site is up again😂😂

Be careful when these little ones are around you; they don't pay any bills, so they learn quickly. Their minds have no burdens😂😂😂😂. When you see minors with onion browsers, get close to what they are doing.

Some of you are sabotaging your careers from Day One without even knowing. When a colleague/client/supervisor comes across you for the first time and spells your name wrong or mispronounces your name, DON'T CORRECT THEM! Let's face it, our names can sometimes be unique so it's normal for mistakes to happen. If you correct them, they will quickly apologize and try to spell it rightly or pronounce it as best as they could. They would do this both out of respect and out of fear of being accused of racism. You will feel good "I've made them spell my name right." Congratulations. You have won the battle but you have lost the war.

You may not have realized this but this is what you have done:
1. You just showed that you are easily offended and so people should be walk on eggshells around you.
2. You just told people to be defensive around you. As such, when people are relating with you, they have their guards up. No one wants to be corrected for the same thing twice.
3. You just announced that you are here to find racism under every rock, and would manufacture it even when none exists.

Are you getting my point now? In short, you have just put yourself in a box that is very difficult to get out of. This is a question you need to ask: my name or my career?

Some of you will say "If they can call Arnold Schwarzenegger correctly, they can pronounce my name correctly." That is false equivalency. Sorry, but you are not Arnold yet. You are not a centamillionaire, a movie star or the former Governor of California. You need to earn that. When Barack Obama was still campaigning, people mispronounced his name all the time - including Black people. After 8 years in the White House, everyone learned how to spell and call his name.

Calm down. Don't tank your chances at what could have been a great career from your first encounters just because of innocent mistakes.

Sometimes I meet people for the first time and they insist on getting my name right, I just tell them jokingly "Don't worry about it...call me Taiwuuu, Teywo, Tuwo, whatever...just don't call me late for dinner." We all then laugh about it. Next thing, they are telling others how they "like this guy."

When you get to the top, people will spell your name right, they will pronounce it right, but until then, don't shoot yourself in the foot, please.
