@turbomander You don't even need to run in in Night City, lots of tables run a cyberpunk-version of their home-town. If you run NC there's a 2020 sourcebook on it, otherwise I don't think anyone would look twice at "non-canon' stuff, and there's enough empty space to fill yourself w/ homebrew

The solution is the source of your electricity; nuclear, wind, etc. don't produce any CO2, and you use all the electricity you like
