I am looking for help as the builders have stopped answering my letter. I have no update on what is happening with the house. The builders have refused to buy the house back, even though they can rebuild it and sell it on.

Help! Bought a new build I experienced several problems, resulting in me living in constant dim light due to scaffolding & constant noise. I now find myself in rented accommodation and 9m on @BouyguesUK haven't decided how to rectify and have left my home an a derelict state.
