@DMHelpTm @_TYLER_S__ @_TYLER_S__ did you get anywhere with this? Been trying all day and no luck!

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

@SpotifyCares @chloef03 I did exactly this - spoke to someone at Support - and then got told I needed to speak to Ticketmaster despite it being an email from Spotify 🫠 round in circles and zero help @TicketmasterCS

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

@chloef03 @BBNGNYU @Stephlia16 @TicketmasterCS Yep I’ve had the same thing for about an hour, and every time I still get my hopes up 😂

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

@chloef03 @BBNGNYU @Stephlia16 @TicketmasterCS No change for me

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

@SpotifyCares It’s the no-reply email address it came from?

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

@SpotifyCares the email you sent earlier for the Fontaines DC presale contains a link for the Manchester date that doesn’t work…please can you sort asap, it’s been over two hours now and it isn’t fair when everyone else has had their chance for other locations @TicketmasterCS

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

@acorbett1996 @BBNGNYU @Stephlia16 @TicketmasterCS I don’t understand how it’s been way over two hours and we’re all just getting ignored 😂 no wonder I always use Gigs & Tours

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

@BBNGNYU @Stephlia16 @TicketmasterCS It’s an absolute joke. Was a nightmare yesterday for the first pre-sale and now this is even worse. How are we supposed to even stand a chance

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

@BBNGNYU @Stephlia16 @TicketmasterCS Me too I got so excited 😭 like cmon guys I need to crack on with my day here but also daren’t leave my phone 😂

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

@Stephlia16 @TicketmasterCS Feels like they’re responding to everybody else but the people complaining about this presale!!

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

@Stephlia16 @TicketmasterCS I don’t suppose you’ve found a way around it yet or a fix? 😭 can’t deal with this

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

Have you guys just given up on the Manchester pre-sale orrrr 😂 @TicketmasterCS

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

@TicketmasterCS the Fontaines DC Spotify presale isn’t working!! The link in the email that was sent out isn’t the right one at least for Manchester

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

@shannontiplady @TicketmasterCS Don’t blame you!!

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

@WarwickRdRed @TicketmasterCS Not yet. It’s driving me insane 😂

[Megan Ritchie @megan_ritchie_]

@TicketmasterCS please can you assist asap

A woman is killed by a man every 3 days in the UK. Giving a huge platform to a man to fantasise about violence against a woman he wants to “parade naked through the streets” dangerously legitimises the violent thoughts of men all over the country.
