@OfficialTfGM I bought a weekly bus pass for work on 01/12/20. It cost me £16 - I got it on the app but I came home from work ill&now can’t use the pass as I have to stay home. Is there chance I could please get a refund of like £9? I only used it for a day&a day pass is max £5.
