@TLRailUK why can I not longer put my season ticket on my key card? I've been doing it for years, and your site says it's still an option, but when I buy a ticket the option isn't given, only e-ticket.

@guardian I was considering cancelling or suspending my Guardian Weekly subscription, and when I learnt that the only way to unsubscribe was by phoning you (although one can subscribe online with no problem), I made up my mind to cancel. I thought you were better than that.
