@PayPal Seems like a timely time to make this complaint. Why are transaction funds being charged to me after the receiver discovered she could not deposit the funds from the Caribbean. Sending money to those in need. $35 in fees on $200 could go along way to someone in need now!

I just spoke to a friend at the Ontario Food Terminal. He said all produce prices have doubled in one day! This is all a result of increased demand. There is no food shortage, just buy what you need and prices will come back down.
