Requested info on payment taken from my @Argos_Online gift card using online chat. 1st advisor transferred me without asking after waiting +30mins to talk, & then waited another 30mins to talk to a new advisor who didn’t respond to my message & ended the chat! #badcustomerservice
Still no refund @SophieHayes25 ... atrocious #CustomerService Certainly never travelling with @vueling again if they make a habit of over charging their customers for their flight cancellation and incompetent staff who cannot process a refund!
@vueling I have sent you a DM in follow up to my complaint to further matters, as a refund was promised to me via email reply last week, and no funds have been received. I trust this matter will be resolved as a priority. #complaint#badcustomerservice#overcharge
So @IKEAUK refund £1000 back to the wrong card and won’t do anything about it. Really poor service from them and surprising as most companies refund back correctly to prevent money laundering.......terrible #CustomerService
