@Frigidaire my brand new fridge that I have had for a month. I had 3 different fridges delivered bc the first two were damaged. This was fine until it started making horrible loud crazy sounds. The repair company has come out 3 times and still waiting on a part 3 weeks later

I had 3 students that joined my 💯s club this week! They have earned 100 pts in class this year for excellent behavior, grades, participation, etc! Each student has a goal in intervals of 20... but making it to 100!!! That’s a big deal! #mesq1st #beasleypride

Yes! God led me to this career. After 15 years in the classroom, I still giggle everyday. I still get brought to tears when my students learn something new and it just “clicks”. I still believe working with students daily is so rewarding and special.

If I praised a handful of students & didn’t individually praise each child and build those relationships, I would lose some. Same thing applies to teachers. Praise should be personalized and quiet- an email, a note, a verbal praise on a walk through. Make each one feel valued.
