Such a brilliant day at the Nurture Conference today with @RenfrewshireEPS. Great to hear how different establishments are embedding Non-Violent Resistance (NVR). A key message for me today was the power of hope and love, particularly during challenging times and situations π
Today we're hosting our second Nurture Conference, with a focus on using relational approaches to support distressed behaviours. Thank you to everyone who has joined us, and we look forward to spending the day with you!

As a profession that is about promoting equity, the current financial situation is untenable. The mental health impact on TEPs is difficult to read. If the situation does not change now it will continue to restrict access to the course for so many people who would be amazing EPs.
As trainees we have made the difficult decision to share the troubling reality of being a TEP in this financial climate. Please listen, share and help our fight for pay restoration in line with inflation. @NicolaSturgeon@S_A_Somerville
Yesterday the Year 1s took part in a Radio Show exploring Early Years Development. Here are the topics the TEPs presented and the words they used to describe the day! It was lots of fun on Radio MSc! #twittereps#dundeeteps
