I just think it’s funny that every response from @SouthwestAir about their stupid policy change is just a cut and paste response. You used to be the LUV airline now you are just breaking hearts and like any other airline. Time to find someone new. ✌🏼

@SouthwestAir it sure makes me sad all these changes this airline is doing. First assigned seating. Not a huge fan but whatever. But now charging for bags?! This is just ridiculous. I have A-List along with a companion but it makes me want to take my money to another airline

Poor customer service on @UPS part with my @HeyDudeShoes order. Can’t send it to a P.O. Box anymore (but got a delivery December 27th) Placed an order the 28th (to send to the same P.O. Box) but now they tell me they can’t send it. Horrible service in @UPS

@UPS So since your driver didn’t leave a door tag on my door. And I ask for a redelivery today (I’ve had this many times) and come to find out after watch my cameras your driver wasn’t even in my parking lot today. So no wonder why I didn’t have a door tag. But yet I’m on hold again🙄

@UPS your automated phone system is horrible. Been hung up on twice. And it’s taken 5 plus minutes to actually talk to someone on the phone.

Hey @SouthwestAir the flight attendance in Flight 3355 were late arriving to the gate so we started boarding late. And then on of them had the nerve to come back and start yelling at the gate agent in front of everyone waiting to board the flight to Vegas.
