@At_Raf_ Squishy Minnie in Kyneton is a delightful children and teen bookstore, with knowledgeable and passionate staff, and a delightfully well-curated collection.

My daughter's teacher asked us to write notes of encouragement for state testing. I think I nailed it.

11yo Son: Can I buy the Dune book? Me: I need to research if it’s age appropriate. Son: I’ve done *my own research*. It’s fine. Me: [triggered]

When you sack your loyal and experienced staff and outsource their jobs to companies paying bottom dollar, this is what happens https://t.co/fAreZ3laSp

How do you do a Rapid Antigen Test on a child?

Here you go! (Quick vid due to time)

Wash hands, blow nose.
Kid’s head on arm/pillow.
Swab hand resting on chin or cheek in case sudden moves.
GO LOW, GO SLOW.
Gentle twirl 1-2cm for 10-15 seconds.
Do other side.

Take care!

@rach_the_nerd Their large eyes as they ask “are we allowed back here at lunch time?!” Why yes, yes you are! 📚💛

Today, a young feminist taught this old feminist something important. Why should these men who regard us with thinly disguised contempt demand that they bask in our smiles? The young women of today give me such hope. Thank you again @TamePunk

Nades has his forklift license & his old job is waiting for him at the local meatworks in Biloela.
Country towns are crying out for hard workers like Nades. But Mr Morrison's Ministers are STILL stopping his family coming #HometoBilo.Take action https://t.co/3TQhvephVl

One in six workplace deaths occur around forklifts and similar machinery.

We shouldn’t have to say this, but children should not be driving forklifts.

Sorry to bang on but for so long photos of Priya have been in detention, or screaming for her kids as they’re torn from her arms by Border Force. Here she is in her own terms, dignified, proud and so beautiful.

And how special for her daughters to see their mum in a magazine ❤️

@SharnelleVella Thank you! I have very much appreciated this neat summary. Enjoy your freedom!
