Starting today I’m doing a broken 5K a day for the month of August in honor of my mom. A broken 5K means you don’t have to do it all in one "sitting" you can do a mile of biking 2 miles walking or any combination there are throughout the day. @RIFoodBank #cdiff #patientsafety
