@ZARA_Care Awful customer service from the Cardiff store. Tried to return a pair of jeans which didn’t fit and the manager attitude towards me was disgusting. Telling me that she knows i’ve worn a pair of jeans out with the tags on? I tried the jeans on once and they didn’t fit.
