Period cramps are SO BAD that they’ve woken me up every hour on the hour. Took ibuprofen, have my heating pad, and now i cracked open a mini Diet Coke and eating a snack bc i haven’t eaten since lunch🤪. Thank god i can nap tomorrow, but still😭

Today is 1/3 dr appointments for my foot this week and on i hope something can be done that isn’t surgery bc this foot pain is so frustrating. Today im getting an ultrasound on it🫠
