@AirbnbHelp has only offered $276 to assist booking a new location (for tomorrow!). There is limited availability and what there is, is substantially more expensive than it was when I booked. I am appalled at the lack of support and customer service.

Months ago, I booked an @Airbnb for our trip to London. I spent a long time looking for the right location and size for my family, including my two young children. Due to check in tomorrow, and I received a message at 4:30am that my reservation has been canceled.
