Hi @cassidytravel phoned x2 sent x2 emails and no response, booked our trip for the rugby world cup 1 year ago, paid a fortune + picked our flights for a later flight on sunday, cassidy travel changed our flights by 10 hours with no warning, this needs to be resolved today

@cassidytravel I have been on hold for the last 1hr 30 minutes looking to speak to an agent about a change to our flights - our break has been reduced by 12 hours completely unacceptable and ruining our plans in Paris - not quite what I would call award winning travel company
