I need someone to get me out of this mood, seriously. I’m tired of feeling stuck inside my own head, carrying a heaviness I can’t explain and pretending I’m fine when I’m really not. I don’t need someone to fix everything or give me the perfect advice. I just want someone who can sit with me, make me laugh, distract me from my thoughts, and remind me that life can still feel light sometimes. I just need a little help finding my way back to myself.
Lack of consideration is the loudest form of disrespect. Most people will not change how they treat you until you're gone, so match their energy, fall back, and let the distance do the talking.
A narcissist can make you feel like you’re constantly walking on eggshells.
Afraid to ask questions.
Afraid to disagree.
Afraid to bring up something that hurt you.
That’s not emotional safety.
A healthy relationship allows difficult conversations without fear of punishment.

“To be loved is to be considered.”
Everyone says this phrase, but the older I get, the more I realise how true it actually is. Love isn’t just saying “I love you.” It’s thinking about how your actions will affect someone before you make them. It’s remembering what makes them uncomfortable. Knowing what matters to them. Checking in because you know they’ve had a difficult day. Thinking about their feelings when making decisions. Remembering the little things they told you months ago because you were actually listening. It’s asking “how will this make them feel?” before doing something that could hurt them. And sometimes, consideration looks incredibly ordinary. Saving them the last piece because you know they love it. Letting them know you’ll be late instead of leaving them wondering. Making space for their needs instead of expecting them to constantly accommodate yours. Because when you genuinely love someone, they naturally become part of the way you move through the world. To be loved is to be considered. To be remembered. To be thought about even when you’re not there. And honestly, sometimes the smallest acts of consideration are the clearest proof that someone truly cares.
A woman responds to the energy a man gives her. If he shows up, communicates, reassures, and stays consistent, she feels safe. That’s how a man sets the tone.
