That's frustrating and unfair. A failed payment shouldn't result in customers losing access to the original offer, especially when no transaction was completed. Error recovery should protect users, not penalise them. @Swiggy

A failed first payment apparently doesn’t mean “try again later”. In my case, no transaction was completed, but the original offer was gone on retry and compensation was denied.
