Travelling in India is now a joint venture between airlines, fate, and whatever card gives you free snacks.
Fingers crossed for the rest of my journey. 🤞😅
After 2 cancelled flights, a 2.5 hr delay in Mumbai, and enough waiting to unlock inner peace, I’m convinced of one thing: @IndiGo6E got the IRCTC energy 🙊
While I’m still travelling on hope and airport oxygen, here’s some Indigo survival wisdom for this week
And yes, free promotion for my @getscapia card — the unlimited lounge access absolutely saved me in both Kochi and Mumbai.
At this point the lounges feel more like home than my home. 🛋️✨
Pro tip: don’t web check-in.
When Indigo rescheduled my flight twice, my web check-in meant I was forced to take the new flight and wait a whole extra day — unless I went to the airport just to de-check-in.
Without it, I could’ve made a Plan B from home. 😅✈️
2. Go to the airport and ask them to book you on your Plan B.
There are often seats on routes not found in my ticket, their system, or any known dimension.
1. If your flight keeps getting delayed/cancelled, build your own Plan B routes.
Indigo suggested a 23.5-hour layover in HYD, technically not a full day yet😕
Devika is #1 Python project in terms of github stars from India now. It overcame previous #1 frappe with almost double the margin.

This happens all the time. Universities very literally are not training you for a job as a software engineer.
They are training you in the academic field of the science of computing.
In 2008, “1 crore*” package for a fresher in banking was the hot stuff. But it was an anomaly at the peak of a real estate bubble. And yet, many including me thought this was here to stay and planned our future lives around it. And when it all came down it was a rude awakening difficult to cope with. Honestly I thought my Ed loan will be done in 6 months. Took me 5 years. That was the magnitude of expectations vs reality
I see the same now. Many people are basing their houses, cars, loans, EMIs etc assuming the salaries now are here to stay. Please do give a thought to “What if this is the peak of a zero interest rate policy and central bank printing bubble? Will these numbers stay?”

The @TinkerHub tech community changed my life in many ways. I met the best people, including CTOs of Billion Dollar companies(No kidding!) , top contributors to Machine Learning frameworks like Keras, Founders, Community Managers, students, and many more.
If you're also interested in tech, no matter what your background is, Tinkerhub would give a great kickstart to your journey!
- @gksoriginals was my first mentor who brought me to communities like Tinkerhub, introduced me to people, and made sure that I am on the right track. Always indebted to my man for helping me with the baby steps.
- I joined the WhatsApp group, which, at the time had a limit of 256 people. The discussions happening were massively helpful, as they had opinions and discourses from all levels of people, from students to hardcore tech enthusiasts and smart business minds. Now they have a community of 15,000 people in Discord.
- The mission was to make technology learning FREE and accessible. They also focus on multiple levels, even helping people from non-tech backgrounds to transition to tech, and also have women-in-tech initiatives.
- If you're a fresher and doubtful about where to find others who are on a similar journey, and need advice, Tinkerhub is definitely a great start!

This is really fascinating, we are on the right path still long way to go for Kerala to become the land to produce state of art tech, everyones efforts including @TinkerHub is going to create talents and tech in emerging and future technologies 🤞
Only a small fraction, 2.4%, of people between the ages of 15 and 29 are capable of writing code.
👩🏻💻 Today, about ~70% of potential talent pool in this age group is from 6 states.
We are at the final steps of setting up TinkerSpace - Collaborative learning space at Kochi. We want to create a wifi access control system like a Captive portals. We are looking for open source / least expensive alternatives with APIs to generate user credentials from our apps.
