Traditional milk delivery system was so efficient, rain or shine the milk was getting delivered max by 5.30 to 6am and if it was delayed, it was mainly due to delay by the Delivery trucks. The likes of @bigbasket_com have completely screwed a well oiled system and now the average

@bigbasket_com One of the customer satisfaction executives had the audacity to reach out to me without even checking details of my complaint and having answers for my questions got rammed badly. She was supposed to do anything RCA and revert in 48 hrs but nothing yet.

@bigbasket_com Shameless @bigbasket_com team assured to streamline their milk delivery after getting rammed by me just day before yesterday. Today they are back to square one. It is 7.50am and no sign of milk. Like i said they are completely clueless while their ops team is screwing them.

@bigbasket_com @bigbasket_com milk delivery system and the customer support team is a like a dogs tail, it can never be straigntened. Don't know why is it so difficult to get milk delivered on time ? When complained the customer support guys come on a call and parrot the same lines.

The kind-looking attendant outside the washroom at Bangalore Airport greeted me with folded hands and requested feedback.
“Sure,” I said.
Out of habit, I instinctively reached for the ‘Very Satisfied’ button, just as I do at Singapore’s Changi Airport.
It wasn’t there.
“QR scan, sir,” he said.
Fair enough.
I scanned the code, tapped ‘Excellent’… and then came the surprise.
A form with mandatory fields to fill - name, mobile, email, T&Cs. For a washroom visit.
Really disappointed that OTP and Aadhaar weren’t mandatory.

@fortis_hospital Bannerghatta is the most unorganised hospital with clueless staff. Every time you go prepared for review with doctors, they come up with some new rule which eventually delays you. The less said the better about doctors, jr doctors seem to be managing the show..

@bigbasket_com Don't know what you meant by working on priority, your team fucked it up today also. Product not delivered but 'marked as delivered by 7 am' your delivery guys and ops team are taking you for a ride. This has been happening consistently. If you don't take actions you are doomed.

@bigbasket_com And said the money would be refunded to the wallet. If I had picked the call I would have asked some pertinent questions. My simple question is if was it marked delivered why will they offer refund upfront ? Who is trying to fool, the delivery guy or the customer care guy ?

@bigbasket_com Delivery time has moved to 7 am with delays happening frequently. Customer care is clueless, operations guys don't respond, delivery guys don't pick calls while the status in the app says on the way. Q commerce apps deliver goods in 5 mins but haven't figured out how to deliver

Dear @SamsungIndia @LGIndiaConnect @Elica_India @TTKPRESTIGELTD Pls look at the toll free numbers & service links on you brand names in Google search leading unsuspecting customers to fraud service technicians. Pls take action against these fraudsters to save innocent customers.
