@mayor_n @SkySportsNews The difference is that Quansah went in for a tackle with high studs before he made contact with the ball. He was making a play on the man/ball with intent. Balogun knows nothing about where his leg is in relation to his opponent’s. Quansah can see where he is going, Flo couldn’t
