همان‌طور که تاریخ نشان داده است، هرچه بکاری همان را درو خواهی کرد. طالبان که با بمب‌گذاری‌ها و اعمال تروریستی خود ویرانی‌های زیادی ایجاد کرده‌اند، غالباً به همان سرنوشت دچار می‌شوند.

مهاجران افغان در تاجیکستان در سفارت افغانستان در دوشنبه گردهم آمدند و نوروز را گرامی داشتند. ظاهر اغبر، سفیر افغانستان گفت که برخلاف سال‌های گذشته، مردم اجازه ندارند که نوروز را در داخل کشور جشن بگیرند.

When governments in places like Egypt, Iran, or Myanmar cut internet access, Western nations and international institutions are quick to condemn. Statements flood in about human rights, freedom of expression, and the right to information. Sanctions and diplomatic pressure are often discussed.

Yet in Afghanistan, where the Taliban — still designated as a terrorist organization by many of these same countries — have now plunged the nation into a nationwide internet blackout, the world’s response has been muted at best.

Just days ago, the United States celebrated the rescue of one of its hostages in Afghanistan. But almost immediately after, the people of Afghanistan themselves lost their last lifeline to the outside world as the Taliban severed digital communications. The timing is chilling, and the global silence is worse.

Adding to the dismay, Germany is now considering handing over diplomatic missions to the Taliban. This is the same Taliban that Western governments once lumped together with Al-Qaeda and other extremist groups. Today, these same governments appear to be edging toward normalization.

This is not just inconsistency; it is hypocrisy. The very powers that waged war in Afghanistan for two decades under the banner of fighting terror and defending freedoms are now tolerating — even enabling — the very group they once called terrorists.

So who is the terrorist now — the Taliban enforcing repression through fear and blackouts, or the international community that looks away, and normalizes? For the people of Afghanistan caught in darkness, the answer feels bitterly clear.

روز گذشته، در سفارت افغانستان که نمادی از «افغانستان کوچ��» است، با حضور دو هزار تن از هم‌وطنان عزیزمان، سفیران و خانواده‌هایشان، مقامات ارشد تاجیکستان و چهره‌های برجسته علمی، سیاسی و فرهنگی هموطنان ما از سراسر جهان، جشن نوروز را با شکوه برگزار کردیم. این مراسم، در نماد «افغانستان کوچک»، فرصتی بود تا وحدت و همبستگی ملی‌مان را همراه با سنت‌های اصیل سرزمین‌مان پاس بداریم و نشان دهیم که قدرت ما در اتحادمان نهفته است.

I have extended an invitation to Ambassador @ZahirAghbar, Afghanistan’s Ambassador to Tajikistan, to meet with me in the United States, with President @AmrullahSaleh2 copied on this correspondence.

Ambassador Aghbar has courageously refused to surrender Afghanistan’s embassy to the terrorist regime now governing Kabul, and faithfully represents the true will of the Afghan people.

All other Afghan embassies in states neighboring Afghanistan are presently under the influence of the Taliban.

Greetings to the people of Afghanistan,

Reports indicate that a so-called "national" dialogue conference will be held in Turkey for two days. This gathering will bring together figures from the former government alongside the Taliban to explore potential paths toward peace and stability in the country.

As a citizen of Afghanistan, I have several questions for the organizers of this event, and I hope they can provide clear answers:

1. Many of the individuals leading this initiative previously held high-ranking positions, such as ministers or deputy ministers, and now reside with their families in Europe or the United States. How is it that they can now travel to Kabul with confidence and live there in complete security?

2. The organizers claim that their goal is to mediate between the Taliban and the opposition. However, rather than uniting and mobilizing Taliban opponents, this initiative seems to serve only to create further division among them and grant legitimacy to the Taliban. These same individuals, who benefited greatly from the republic over the past twenty years, could have instead focused their efforts on strengthening the opposition instead of legitimizing the Taliban. Why did they not do so?

3. The assets of these organizers in Kabul and their respective provinces remain under their control, while the homes and belongings of officers and soldiers who fought under their command against the Taliban have been destroyed. Many of these brave individuals have been killed, imprisoned, or are living under Taliban threats. How can those who once held key government positions and now sit alongside the Taliban claim to represent the interests of the people of Afghanistan?

4. What is the source of funding for this conference? Is it financed by individuals, business interests, or a foreign country? Why has the financial backing for this event not been transparently disclosed?

5. Why was Turkey chosen as the location for this meeting?

6. Under whose representation is this conference being held, and what qualifies it to be called a "national" dialogue?

7. Why has the Taliban not yet announced that they will be sending a delegation to this conference?

8. What was the outcome of the previous conference, and why has there been no public disclosure of its results?

9. Why is this meeting being held behind closed doors, away from public scrutiny?

It is evident that hidden agendas are at play in such conferences, and the people of Afghanistan will no longer be deceived by such gatherings, which may be influenced or manipulated by foreign intelligence agencies. The identity and true nature of the Taliban are already well known to the people of Afghanistan. Our citizens must remain vigilant and not allow individuals who have already been tested at various points in history to exploit ethnic and religious identities for their personal and business interests, making decisions on behalf of the nation.

Diverting public attention from the Taliban's oppression and incompetence through these conferences—especially at such a critical and historic moment—raises serious concerns about the real motives behind this gathering.

As a child of this land, I refuse to let political and religious opportunists decide our future. I hope these concerns are taken seriously and that meaningful steps are taken to serve the real interests of the people of Afghanistan, rather than advancing the agenda of a select few.

Today, General Mohammad Zahir Aghbar, the ambassador and political representative of the l people of Afghanistan, met and held discussions with Tomas Niklasson, the European Union’s Special Representative for Afghanistan, and his accompanying delegation, including the Deputy Ambassador of the EU in Tajikistan.

During the meeting, political, economic, and security issues, as well as regional challenges, were discussed and exchanged.

امروز، جنرال محمد ظاهر اغبر، سفیر و نماینده سیاسی مردم افغانستان، با توماس نیکلاسون، نماینده ویژه اتحادیه اروپا برای افغانستان، و هیأت همراه ایشان، از جمله معاون سفیر اتحادیه اروپا در تاجیکستان، دیدار و گفتگو کرد.

در این دیدار، پیرامون موضوعات سیاسی، اقتصادی، امنیتی و چالش‌های منطقه‌ای بحث و تبادل نظر صورت گرفت.

امروز نمایشگاه فرهنگی با حضور وزیر محترم امور خارجه تاجیکستان و نمایندگان سیاسی مقیم این کشور بطور رسمی افتتاح شد. این رویداد با استقبال پرشور مقامات دولتی، دیپلمات‌ها و شهروندان تاجیکستان همراه بود.

بخش افغانستان، با همکاری سفارت و دانش‌آموزان لیسه سامانیان، جلوه‌ای باشکوه از وحدت ملی، تنوع فرهنگی، غذاهای اصیل و لباس‌های سنتی افغانستان را به نمایش گذاشت. در جریان بازدید، سفیر افغانستان به نشانه قدردانی و احترام، د��تمال و پکول ویژه‌ای، نماد مقاومت و همت مردم افغانستان، را به وزیر امور خارجه و معاون اول وزارت خارجه تاجیکستان تقدیم کرد.

در این دوره از نمایشگاه، افغانستان با جلوی ای خاص و برجسته، توجه ویژه بازدیدکنندگان را به خودجلب کرد و بار دیگر عظمت و غنای فرهنگی کشورمان را به جهانیان معرفی نمود.

ز دانش بود جان و دل را فروغ

پیامی به جهانیان و مردم عدالت‌خواه و آزادی‌خواه افغانستان

در سال ۲۰۰۱، مکتب سامانیان با هدف حمایت از پناهندگان افغانستان در تاجیکستان تأسیس شد. این مکتب نه‌تنها یک مرکز آموزشی، بلکه خانه‌ای دور از خانه برای فرزندان ما بود؛ جایی که آن‌ها می‌توانستند بیاموزند، رشد کنند و پیوند خود را با فرهنگ و ارزش‌های وطن حفظ نمايند.

پس از تسلط طالبان، بودجهٔ این مکتب قطع گردید و ما در معرض خطر تعطیلی آن قرار گرفتیم. با این حال�� تسلیم یأس و ناامیدی نشدیم و با اتخاذ تصمیمی دشوار و هماهنگی با وزارت محترم معارف تاجکستان، مکتب را به محوطهٔ سفارت افغانستان منتقل کردیم. این اقدام نشان‌دهندهٔ تعهد ما به آموزش و حمایت از حقوق دخترانی است که به دلیل ظلم طالبان سرزمین خود را ترک نموده‌اند.

اکنون که در دوران گذار از تاریکی و جهالت طالبانی قرار داریم، محکومیت افکار و کردار طالبان کافی نیست. جهانیان باید عمل کنند. این دختران به فرصت نیاز دارند، نه صدقه. آن‌ها نمایندگان آیندهٔ افغانستان هستند و جهان باید ثابت کند که به وعده‌هایش وفادار است.

به رهبران جهانی، مدافعان حقوق بشر و تمامی کسانی که ب�� ارزش‌های انسانی و عدالت خواهی باور دارند می‌گوییم: شما نیز می‌توانید در این راه مقدس سهم بگیرید. اراده داشته باشید و‌بدانید که‌ وقت عمل همین اکنون است. اگر از آموزش این دختران حمایت نکنیم، در برابر تاریخ چه پاسخی خواهیم داشت؟ و افتخارات ملل متحد كه يك چتر بزرگ براي نظم جهاني است زير سوال قرار خواهد گرفت و جبران آن ناممکن خواهد‌ بود.

باید تأکید کرد که موضوع علم و آموزش یک مسئلهٔ سیاسی نیست، بلکه یک اقدام اخلاقی و انسانی میباشد چون آموزش و تعلیم، حق مسلم هر انسان است.

@RepTimBurchett, until now, I’ve been sharing the Resistance’s message with Congress, but now is the time for a Congressional delegation to visit the anti-Taliban Resistance leaders and hear from them directly.

افتخار داشتیم که امروز همراه با جمعی از همکاران و رهبری مکتب سامانیان در خدمت فرزندان وطن عزیزمان باشیم. با استفاده از امکانات موجود، فرصت‌های ورزشی را برای دانش‌آموزان فراهم کردیم و بار دیگر به گروه‌های افراطی نشان دادیم که هرگز نمی‌توانید مانع تحصیل و پیشرفت دختران ما شوید.

این تلاش‌ها نشانه‌ای از تعهد ما به حمایت از نسل جوان افغانستان و ایستادگی در برابر افراط‌گرایی است. تحصیل، ورزش و تفریح حق مسلم فرزندان ما است و این مسیر را توام با وحدت و همبستگي ملي با قدرت ادامه خواهیم داد.

We were honored to join a group of colleagues and the leadership of the Samanian School today in serving the children of our beloved homeland. Using the resources available, we provided students with opportunities for sports and once again demonstrated to extremist groups that they can never hinder the education and progress of our daughters.

These efforts are a testament to our commitment to supporting the young generation of Afghanistan and standing firm against extremism. Education, sports, and recreation are the undeniable rights of our children, and we will continue this path with strength, unity, and national solidarity.
