100 days ago, on January 8th and 9th, millions of Iranians took to the streets knowing the price they might pay. More than 40,000 heroes paid that price for Iran's dignity, liberty, and freedom.

Young women tore off their headscarves in front of armed security forces. Students organized, marched, and faced plainclothes agents on campuses. Teachers, lawyers, and workers walked off their jobs. Shopkeepers shuttered their stores in solidarity. Millions of ordinary people did extraordinary things in city after city in an epic display of national unity.

The regime answered with bullets, mass arrests, and show trials and executions. Facing an inhuman evil, Iranians showed superhuman bravery. More than 40,000 gave their lives.

My compatriots kept going and their courage belongs to history. This is the final battle and they are preparing to win the war against the Islamic Republic. In this battle to reclaim our nation, I will not stop fighting until the day they are free.

We hope the world will be with us. Whether it is or not, our fight will continue and we will liberate Iran.

My dear compatriots,

Decisive moments lie before us.

The assistance that the President of the United States had promised to the brave people of Iran has now arrived. This is a humanitarian intervention, and its target is the Islamic Republic, its apparatus of repression, and its machinery of killing—not the country and great nation of Iran.

However, despite the arrival of this assistance, the final victory will still be achieved by us. It is we, the people of Iran, who will finish this task in this final battle. The time to return to the streets is approaching.

Now that the Islamic Republic is collapsing, my message to the country’s military, law enforcement, and security forces is clear:

You have sworn an oath to protect Iran and the Iranian nation, not the Islamic Republic and its leaders. Your duty is to defend the people, not to defend a regime that has taken our homeland hostage through repression and crime. Join the nation and help ensure a stable and secure transition. Otherwise, you will sink with Khamenei’s ship and his crumbling regime.

And my message to the President of the United States, President Trump, is this:

The honorable people of Iran, despite the brutal repression and killings carried out by this regime, stood bravely for nearly two months. I now ask you to exercise the utmost possible caution to preserve the lives of civilians and my compatriots. The people of Iran are your natural allies and the allies of the free world, and they will not forget your assistance during the most difficult period of Iran’s contemporary history.

And to you, my dear compatriots in Iran:

In these sensitive hours and days, more than ever we must remain focused on our ultimate goal: reclaiming Iran.

I ask you, for now, to remain in your homes and remain calm and safe. Stay alert and ready to return to the streets for the final action at the appropriate time, which I will communicate to you.

Follow my messages through social media and satellite media. If disruptions occur in the internet and satellite broadcasts, I will remain in contact with you via radio.

We are very close to final victory. I hope to be with you as soon as possible so that together we may reclaim Iran and rebuild it.

جمهوری اسلامی در شرایط ضعف شدید ساختاری و بحران مشروعیت، قصد پیشبرد و اجرای «کنوانسیون رژیم حقوقی دریای کاسپین» (کنوانسیون آکتائو) را دارد. این تلاش رژیم، بدون پشتوانه اراده ملت ایران و بدون تضمین روشن و کامل حقوق تاریخی کشور، اقدامی نگران‌کننده و تهدیدی جدی علیه منافع ملی ایران است.

بر اساس معاهدات ۱۹۲۱ و ۱۹۴۰ میان ایران و اتحاد جماهیر شوروی، رژیم حقوقی دریای کاسپین بر پایه حقوق مشترک طرفین و اصل توافق و منافع مشترک شکل گرفته بود.

پس از فروپاشی اتحاد جماهیر شوروی، کشورهای تازه‌استقلال‌یافته در «اعلامیه آلماتی» (دسامبر ۱۹۹۱) بر پایبندی به معاهدات شوروی سابق و تضمین اجرای تعهدات بین‌المللی ناشی از قراردادها و پیمان‌های آن توسط دولت‌های جانشین تأکید کردند.

بر همین اساس، هرگونه تغییر اساسی در وضعیت حقوقی این پهنه آبی راهبردی باید با توافق مشترک همه کشورهای ساحلی و با رعایت کامل حقوق ایران انجام شود.

با این حال، کنوانسیون آکتائو امکان انعقاد توافق‌های دوجانبه و چندجانبه میان کشورهای ساحلی درباره بخش‌هایی از بستر و زیربستر دریای کاسپین را پیش‌بینی کرده است؛ بخش‌هایی که قبلاً بخشی از پهنه آبی مشترک ایران و اتحاد جماهیر شوروی محسوب می‌شدند.

این بدعتی خطرناک است که با دور زدن اصل اجماع همه کشورهای ساحلی، عملاً جایگاه تاریخی ایران را تضعیف می‌کند و نقش کشور را در تعیین سرنوشت دریای کاسپین کاهش می‌دهد.

از زمان امضای کنوانسیون آکتائو در سال ۲۰۱۸، بارها هشدار داده‌ام که «پاسداری از منافع ملی از موضع ضعف ممکن نیست». همان زمان نیز تأکید کردم که فرقه تبهکار جمهوری اسلامی، منافع ملت ایران و میهن را قربانی بقای خود می‌کند و در سیاست خارجی، از موضع ضعف به باج‌دهی‌های پی‌درپی تن می‌دهد.

موضع من درباره روند کنونی همان است. تلاش جمهوری اسلامی برای تصویب این کنوانسیون را اقدامی مغایر با منافع ملی ایران می‌دانم.

هیچ تصمیمی درباره منابع، مرزها و حقوق ایران در این پهنه آبی، بدون رضایت و مشارکت واقعی ملت ایران، از مشروعیت برخوردار نخواهد بود. حقوق ایران در دریای کاسپین قابل معامله یا چشم‌پوشی نیست. هرگونه اقدام در جهت تضییع این حقوق، در حافظه تاریخی ملت ایران ثبت و تصمیم‌گیرندگان در برابر ملت ایران پاسخگو و بازخواست خواهند شد.

ما نباید از نظر دور بداریم که نصف جمعیت کشور ما به حساب نمی­‌آمد. یعنی نصف قوای عامله مملکت بیکار بود. هیچ‌وقت احصائیه (سرشماری) از زنها برداشته نمی‌شد. مثل اینکه زنها یک افراد دیگری بودند و جزو جمعیت ایران به شمار نمی‌آمدند.

چیزی که این روزها بیش از هر چیزی آزاردهنده‌ است این است که صف طویلی از شخصیت‌های عجیب و غریب یکی یکی می‌آیند، در چشم ما نگاه می‌کنند و انگار ما را احمق فرض می‌کنند. جسارتم ببخشید خوانندهٔ عزیز: چرا همه ما را خر فرض می‌کنند؟

اگر در تلاشید اینستاگرام و فضای مجازی فارسی را به جایی تهوع‌آور تبدیل کنید، دارید موفق می‌شوید. اما خوب گوشتان را باز کنید: ما احمق نیستیم، فقط ساکتیم؛ محکوم به سکوتیم. شما هم از این محکومیت نهایت بهره‌برداری را می‌کنید تا برنامه‌ها و ایده‌های مشمئزکننده‌تان را پیش ببرید.

خانم مجری! شاید شما و شوهرتان هر شب در خانه دربارهٔ این مهمان عزیزتان صحبت می‌کنید، اما در خانه‌های ایرانی اگر از یک میلیون نفر صحبتی شود، واشقانی نفر یک‌میلیونم هم نیست.

مزخرف می‌سازید تا فضای مجازی را به تسخیر درآورید. به جان‌باختگان دی‌ماه اشاره می‌کنیم، اما فقط برای جلب توجه و تحریف!

لایق نقد نیستید. فقط می‌خواهم به صدای رسا بگویم، ما ابله نیستیم! نیستیم! نیستیم! مهمان متوهمتان می‌گوید من در لیگ حرفه‌ای‌ام و به انتقادات لیگ‌ دسته‌سه توجه نمی‌کنم. نه آقای محترم! شما در لیگ حرفه‌ای نیستید. در گلخانه امنی در لیگی تک‌نفره به دروازهٔ خالی گل می‌زنید.

Arvin Kheirkhahan (Kheirkhahe) was buried today. He was only 20 years old.

Before the Islamic Republic executed him, his final wish to his family was:
“Don’t let them forget me. We stood up for the freedom of our homeland. Don’t let the path we chose be silenced.”

We must honour his final wish,not only by remembering Arvin, but by speaking the names of those still at risk of execution: Javad Ajam, Morteza Zamani, Mehdi Ranjar, Farshid Rahmani, Alireza Sagheri, and Pouya Sagheri.

Remember Arvin. Speak their names. Act before it is too late.

We mustn’t surrender to this heinous Iranian regime and call it victory!  Arm the resistance!  It does exist! Hit Kharg Island and cutoff the regime’s oil supply!  The sooner we act the sooner it’s over!
