1. One of the worst services @myntra has for customer care. I have raised an incident regarding Cyber Crime in which money was stolen from my account. Initially case manager told me they would help in every means possible to get your account back and would help to get the bottom

This is just hoax. No one has called back since 4 month. Why don't you just say it we don't give damn and don't expect anything!! That is much better reply then telling to wait another 24 hours.Period.

I had to call Myntra support in which they again toll me to wait for 24 hours still no one calls! Noone has any answer!
When you think Myntra service can't go any lower than this! Its goes worst!

@myntra 7. Myntra customer support is one of the worst, they don't have any power rather than saying, will revert you in 24-48 hours then no callback and no reply. This is one worst things anyone has to face. @MyntraSupport

@myntra 6. Myntra support says 24-48 hours request would be solved but its been 4 month. I have filed for Police complaint in which myntra is not answering.

@myntra 5. I invested further then this is normal thing which myntra is doing, This type frauds have been occurring more often and myntra doesn't do anything to stop, basically from myntra side account is stolen where we don't get any otp or email before any transaction is done @myntra

@myntra 4. Then I again raised the request few days before with incident no. IN23082314150639381936 but till now myntra doesn't solve. I have called multiple times to customer executive regarding this. they keep call on hold for 45min-60 min then they say they will revert back in 24 hrs

@myntra 3. I opened incident no IN23052111412536638322 which till now is unsolved, its been 4 month now. Funny thing is they blocked my official account from which I raised myntra request.

@myntra 2. Then they further asked me to file complain too, which I did too. I requested @myntra to help with police request but then too they haven't replied to that too. IS this way @myntra should act?
