@GoFirstairways - great case study in how to consistently FAIL as an airline. In the last 30 days:

1) Parents’s flight scheduled for 2.40 AM departed around 5.30 AM
2) Brother’s flight scheduled for 11.50 AM departed at 2.45 AM
3) My flight for day after is cancelled

On top of that:
> I’m unable to cancel and request refund
> Customer support numbers don’t work
> If they do connect, IVR won’t function

Strong feeling GoFirst is shutting down. If not, I’d recommend a rebranding from GoFirst to GoLast or maybe GoNever 💡
