@British_Airways This is extremely disappointing, considering I received an email from British Airways saying my refund has been processed, two months ago!

She has now sent over her credit card statements and possibly everything that’s needed to resolve this. However, 3 months and a zillion calls and emails later, we are still awaiting refund!

@narendramodi @airindiain Dear Sir, I regret to inform you that AIRINDIA has been making false claims of refunds and have not refunded my cancelled booking, 0982127789453 for over a year now. I raised a feedback MD-IDEL090421131 but it all falls on deaf ears. This is shameful for our country

@airindiain OMG! I have had this conversation multiple times with customer care and checked the bank. I haven’t received the money. Please check at your end, this matter was escalated but I never received a reply.

@airindiain kudos to our national carrier. However, it is SHAMEFUL, that some of us are still waiting for refunds on canceled flights. I have written 100s of emails and hours of phone calls to WASTE, with no concrete reply. My ticket 0982127789453, is awaiting refund for 12 months.
