➡️Difficulty in Login on Portal
➡️Captcha is not Loading
➡️Again and Again Logout From Portal
➡️Problem in saving GSTR-3B
➡️Payment and Proceed to file are working only after 6-7 attempts

Kindly solve this problems as soon as possible.

2 Cr Return Process karne baki hai Abhi bhi and kitno ke refunds 3 Mahine se nahi aaye.

CAs ne Last 3 din me 2.1 Cr return File kiye the aur aapse process nahi ho rahe ???

CBDT & IT Officers are woking Only 11 AM to 6 PM With 2 Premium leave on Saturday & Sunday.

TAR deadlines are crushing their mental health.

📌 Important Update | Rajasthan High Court PIL on #Incometax Portal Glitches

Today, the Tax Bar Association, Jodhpur filed a Public Interest Litigation (D.B. Civil Writ (PIL) Petition No. 18593/2025) before the Hon’ble Rajasthan High Court at Jodhpur, highlighting the persistent non-functioning and technical glitches in the Income Tax e-filing portal, which have severely impacted the filing of Tax Audit Reports.

The matter was mentioned for urgent listing, and considering the urgency and seriousness of the issues raised, the Hon’ble High Court was pleased to grant same-day hearing.

The Court heard the matter at length and expressed its displeasure over the continuous technical issues, as demonstrated by the Petitioner Association through various screenshots and evidence.

The Hon’ble Court has directed the Respondent Department to obtain appropriate instructions specifically regarding the grievances raised—particularly the extension of the due date for filing Tax Audit Reports in light of the ongoing portal issues.

📆 Next Date of Hearing: 24.09.2025

The matter was argued on behalf of the Petitioner Association by Sr. Advocate Mr. Vikas Balia and Advocate Mr. Prateek Gattani.
