Everton fans demand “transparency and fairness after disproportionate sanctions”. @EFC_AdvisoryBoard issues strong statement “acting on behalf of all Evertonians” calling on “all football authorities to urgently review sanctioning criteria in light of the hugely disproportionate penalties imposed on Chelsea and Everton.
“These recent disciplinary outcomes raise serious concerns about consistency,
proportionality, and the integrity of the regulatory framework in place in English
football, as demonstrated by both the Premier League and the Football Association.
“Whilst all those fans we represent acknowledge that the cases involving Chelsea and Everton are not comparable in terms of the natures of the offences, this does not undermine the key issue of clear and obvious inconsistency in the outcome and the punishments imposed on both clubs.” (Chelsea, in mitigation, self-reported issues from a previous regime). #EFC graphic below from Everton FAB 👇
If Everton had any sort of back bone they would call out the premier league and get lawyer’s involved and go after them instead they just sit and take their punishment

The PL’s regime is completely broken. Ordering
@Everton
to pay £35m to Burnley sets a catastrophic precedent. No points for Chelsea? The whole thing stinks. As PM, use your platform to review this corruption and demand a full independent. Give Everton the points back

Richard Masters should explain why Everton were hit with an immediate 10-point PSR deduction (reduced to 6), while Chelsea's extensive self-reported historical financial issues have produced no sporting sanction
Rules applied selectively destroy trust
Transparency is overdue
It's interesting Everton's financial breach saw the Premier League suggest a 12 point deduction. A panel ruled the sanction at -10 before an appeal said -6
74 charges for Chelsea saw the suggested sanction of -15, greater than Everton's, but it was then worked down to 0 points
It’s about time they scrapped the seeds entering at a later stage in the World Cup of Darts
You want to be the best of the best? Make it a level playing field, everyone in at the group stages 👍🏼🎯
6 clubs tried to end English football as we know it and were fined £22m BETWEEN them. Everton have now essentially been fined £52m plus a no doubt hideous figure on legal fees for simply trying to compete with those big boys (sadly failing) and building a stadium. It’s appalling
Does anyone know Liam McLoughlin from Belfast? I sent him £210 for 3 x Liverpool tickets which never materialised, I’ve since been told he’s ripped a lot of people off and owes thousands. Steer clear! Just putting it out there so people are aware. Calls himself “king daddy” 😂
