@Habtishgreat Your logic doesn't hold water. Israel is a Red Sea littoral state with an incredibly advanced, elite naval fleet, yet they are not on that alliance list. Are they excluded because their navy is "too weak"? Geography and politics dictate the list, not fleet size. Rubbish!

i hope people misled by 110 promoters aren't disillusioned onto a weaker fork than BSV. that's a sad end, don't do it. come back, learn why it failed: TL;DR you can't force forks without consensus, if you try anyway, you end up with a BSV like fork. and that happened yesterday.
