A7: With distance learning, I have found more apps available to enhance my teaching to implement into my class. I think Ss like to incorporate technology into their learning. Flipgrid and padlet seems to be popular with the Ss.
Our #q7 for #oatk12#k12artchat tonight is from Dr. Sarah Cress-Ackermann @ArtAckermann : What intuitive, innovative, & invigorating approaches to curriculum & instruction do you plan on adopting for fall?

@ArtAckermann@Oatk12 I have not found any, but I would love any apps that you may recommend. I will certainly have my students use it. It would be something that they could do continuously, at school and at home.

One of the things that we did for remote learning, is sharing ideas. We looked over each other's lesson plans for the week and copied them for our own classes.

A1: A success that I had with remote learning with my Ss is that they are much more knowledgable with the computer. They will probably be a lot more ready for the fall.
@susankotch@debcereghino I can see the value in twitter chats. If I wasn't working towards my Master's, I would not have ever used this to prepare for my teaching. #cuiedu#sunchat
Our district is creating a task force of teachers to work out a plan for three possible scenarios. It'll be a hybrid, early-late start, or every other day with Friday distance learning. #sunchat#cuiedtech
A1: It is important for children to be involved in the discussion so that they understand what exists in the world. We need to let them see the positive changes that take place when our voices are heard.
With other countries beginning to start school for the new school year, we're going to be facing great changes in our teaching. It'll be very interesting! #cuiedtech
From drop-off and entrance protocols to sanitizing, hereβs what returning to school has looked like for children around the world.
