I’m deeply disturbed that Pauline Hanson, would make fun of a woman who earned her I injury as someone who was prepared to loose their life to protect Australia (as part of the Australian defence force).
Pauline doesn’t even turn up to do her job in Parliament.
How sad that she wants to also undermine our defence force, the human s that have put their lives on the line to protect our way of life!!

We have two ballot papers this election. The Upper House is important so bad legislation doesn't get through. I am running to bring an independent voice with checks and balances. Vote Melissa Lowe #1 in the Upper House to be your independent check on government.
Check the map, find your patch, then tag a mate who lives there 👇
📅 Saturday 28 November
Charles and I risking everything to enjoy a quick beautiful spring morning walk in Melbourne’s allegedly dystopian hellscape.
We ask only for your prayers.
☀️ Another morning, another station!
Out flyering at Prahran Station today with James and Bella 🐶, hearing what matters to the community and saying hello to a few furry friends!
Next stop: Glenferrie Station tomorrow at 7:30am. Come say hi!
Mel and Christina Zigouras visited Monash Tech School to see how we can prepare young people for the future.
As independents, they can back policies on their merits and put our community first, beyond party politics.
Vote 1 Melissa Lowe for the Upper House!
I’ve checked the VEC donation disclosure portal again overnight and can confirm that @LiberalVictoria and @DHughesy still have not met their obligation to disclose the donation/s.
By my calculation, they are now 32 days overdue.
There are more of us than you think. The real freeloaders aren’t migrants or people on welfare. They’re gas exporters paying less tax than beer drinkers, the property investors on $15.4 billion a year in tax breaks, and 200 people holding $707 billion.
They have the money. We have the numbers.
We are the change.

Mel Sits down with Owen Miller and Peter Kargiotis for an episode of Doubling Down to discuss:
· The High Court challenge Mel and other independents brought against Victoria's political donation rules
· Garnering investor confidence in renewable energy
· Privatisation of government services
· Victoria's treaty with Aboriginal groups, and the Liberals' plan to repeal it
· Hiring quotas and tackling long-term disadvantage
· Rights to protest and whether they're consistent
· Domestic violence: what governments can actually do

Talk rewriting history, Josh spent his entire time in Kirribillli House in Sydney with ScoMo during Victoria’s Lockdown.
He was unavailable to his electorate and we were not happy with that.
He lost his seat because he did not talk to, listen to nor act on the behalf of his constituents.
@BrentHodgson@AWStephen@aaronsmith@eeaaw Potholes exist because the Labor government privatised the Vic Roads arm of Licensing and registration. The for pro-fit arm of Vic roads. We paid for registration and licenses to ensure our roads were safe!!!!
Margaret Mead told us that we should “Never doubt a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed it’s the only thing that ever has.”
If you need proof of that, look no further than the absolute legends of the Denman Aberdeen Muswellbrook Scone Healthy Environment Group.
They’re not great at thinking of catchy names for a climate group - but they’ve inspired the country this week.
The Political Persuasion Playbook, Part 6: Plain Folks
Plain folks: present yourself as ordinary and people assume you share their interests.
Albanese's council-house childhood and Taylor's family farm are both real. Neither tells you what the Budget does.
Ask what policy the story points to, and whether you'd buy it from the other side.

On 27 Sept, Mel joined Kew ACF for her third Toolangi Forest tour. Inspired by the Victorian Forest Alliance, she is committed to holding the government to its promise to stop logging and restore habitat.

@DHughesy hey I am running as an Independent candidate for the Southern Metro Region. I saw you in a film re the red triangle. I thought that was an amazing community movement.
Why not, Dave, hear me out as an independent before diving deeply into conservative politics?
At last. The compassionate, sensible Left finds a voice. Private ownership of water for profit - and of so much that we should all hold in common - is an abomination.
