Jesus H Roosevelt Christ. This has already happened. My former neighborhood? Pristine, garages open, kids playing in the front yard, neighbors chatting on the sidewalk. From 2021-2025 all that was decimated. Foreigners bought homes and the ones who didn’t move in gamed the system by renting to Section 8 recipients. In Fort Worth Texas Lakes of River Trails, a beautiful community until it wasn’t. You are a decade behind what is happening here m the ground.

@dreabearextra This is already happening. Foreigners buy up the homes then rent them out and accept section 8 vouchers. Happened to my old neighborhood. Homes worth upwards of $350K. It’s why we sold and moved. Trashed the neighborhood
