for context i work in an isolated community hospital with no medical cover and i'm the only trained nurse on tomorrow, psych trained and juggling acutely psychotic patients on one side of the ward and palliative care on another 🥲 nae break for me lol

been awake since half 3 and start work at half 6. have never been unable to sleep through stress from work in my life. constantly running up to 2 staff short with additional work (constant observations, critically ill patients) it's not sustainable #NHS #sortitoot #unfairpay
