@JioCare What a disgraceful service you have! There’s no customer care, and no updates on my internet service. It’s been down for two weeks, and I’ve raised numerous complaints,but no one has come to fix it. Your customer care has simply closed my request without addressing issue

@JioCare chek again see hw long d service has been down, since 4 June it’s down, if u are not sure then just check the usage and the multiple service request I raised, or do u want me to do ur job for u, see screenshot of al the Srvc req nun solved cross check it with data usage
@JioCare@reliancejio Finally they connected the wire again to the pole and fiber is ON! Wat was so hard in that, I kept requesting for service and they kept closing it without solving the problem! Disrupted 2 weeks of my work due to that, who wil be responsible for that?
