@RoyalMail #OnThisDay in 2024 @RoyalMail actually delivered my post! Not sure what’s happened since but getting a delivery once every 6 weeks, missing 2 oncologist appointments because I haven’t recieved the letters on time is definately not acceptable. When I then complain, you ignore!
