Real freedom- is protecting the people- who are unable to protect themselves. Real freedom, is about community and tolerance and teamwork. Real freedom, is about having knowledge and the wisdom to wield it to help others.
The Quebec government is introducing a bill that will ban anti-vaccine protests near schools and hospitals.
It's about time the Ontario government does the same.

I'm old enough to remember when polio ripped through the globe and put my six-year-old friends into iron lungs.
We dutifully lined up at school to get polio shots (without the howling of governors or anti-vaxxers). And we eradicated polio.
Why has saving lives become political?

If you are 18+ and live in these areas, get a vaccine when you can.
Our communities have been hit the hardest and it will take us all — as a community — to get through this.
It's time we prioritize vaccines to those with the highest exposure risk and the least protection.
If equity is a priority in our vaccine rollout, we need to adapt our policy to help protect the most vulnerable (e.g., factory workers, teachers, etc.).
@TaliBogler I literally DID NOT feel my Pfizer shot... made me have about 12 hours of doubt and suspicion (did the pharmacist sneak my dose for his family??) but then that deltoid ache and general malaise set in (mildly and briefly) and I was pleasantly reassured! The poke is a breeze!!
