@GNRailUK have sent all train passengers trying to get to Cambridge up to Hitchin for a bus replacement service. Only the grand surprise is?… The staff have no idea why we are all here and there are no buses. We’re all just queuing for taxis in the sun. Seriously??

@GNRailUK Hang on! We have been told at Kings X and St Pancras to take the train to Hitchin where a bus replacement will be provided. Loads of travellers are now at Hitchin and the staff haven’t the faintest idea! No buses just a VERY long taxi queue. Help!!!
