She highlighted the Agency’s legislative budget requests for the 2026 Session to expand access, improve care coordination, and support providers—ensuring Medicaid recipients receive the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
Together with FBHA, providers, advocates, and families, we are building a stronger, more sustainable behavioral health system for all Floridians. 💙

FBHA member @SMAHealthcare has seen incredible success since adopting the CCBHC model in 2020. SMA has seen a decrease in hospitalization days, incarceration days, emergency room visits and homelessness.
