I was so excited when my Dad bought a @Tesla car on 5 March, due by 15th, but all the promised dates were broken & no car ☹️ although paid in full... why should we have to pay for taxis or miss out? Please can we have a firm date next week?

@daveloughran I made my family play 'Love is all around' by WetWetWet for an entire return journey to Orkney (from Reading). Whilst I sang along no doubt. Their putting up with that and my incessant singing throughout my life probably helped me become a professional singer

Whatever happened to the Sue Gray inquiry into @BorisJohnson's partying in Downing Street?

[David Lammy @DavidLammy]

It is simply wrong that Putin’s cronies can sit on empty property in central London while people in the capital are desperate for decent housing.

[David Lammy @DavidLammy]

You are still applying normal restrictions such as on salaries, English language, and close relatives.

Even your own backbenchers like Julian Smith are criticising your immoral position.

To show solidarity with the Ukrainian people, urgently provide a simple sanctuary route.

[Peter Jukes @peterjukes]

Some real information during a time of crisis. Priti Patel’s Home Office has offered asylum to just 30 Ukrainians, but has offered entry clearance visas to 1,261 Russian oligarchs.

[David Lammy @DavidLammy]

It is totally immoral that the Home Office is still applying normal visa restrictions to those fleeing Ukraine.

The Government must urgently provide a simple sanctuary route to the UK for all who need it. This is our moral duty.

For clarity, we can revoke citizenship from groomed teenage girls, we can't from Russian billionaires. And that's democracy.
