i usually fw the unh1nged ao3 tags admin but i'm disappointed with their recent take on tagging vs not tagging fics properly. it takes a few minutes to include tags on your fic and helps everybody out + yes it's courtesy SO duh ppl get taken aback when it's not done on a fic?

you can write and tag whatever you want on ao3, but don't be surprised when people get upset. i've had a few readers suggest tags to me because they were alarmed/surprised while reading and left a comment. i tagged it and they usually respond in thanks. it's really that simple
