A baby girl was delivered by C-section just 30 minutes after her 17-year-old mother, Katelynn Strate, was 🔫 in the head during a road rage incident north of New Orleans.

Doctors placed Strate on life support long enough to deliver her daughter, who was born two months premature, weighing 3 pounds, 11 ounces.
