@Kimwithcats @British_Airways Hi we received a phone call from an Indian number to advise they have our luggage. Taken the whole day travelling to both local airports but nothing and they literally have no clue. It’s an absolute joke!!)

@British_Airways @British_Airways Bags missing since Sunday. Received a phone call to say they have our bags at Goa airport. Have spent the day out of our holiday and more expense travelling to both Goan airports. No bags and no clue. What’s going on @british_airway this is just upsetting now!

@British_Airways @stevieg403 Chris, maybe we were in different parts of the country Saturday evening. There were no adverse weather at Heathrow. Individuals all around the world flown out to various locations with no luggage? I have checked for updates and none the wiser. Please advise?
