And you wanted to resend the kit when mu husband was on day 9, why on earth would we want them then???

@TravelCTM_UK Was it the UK government that recommended people to purchase testing kits from this company? I am getting nowhere fast re getting money back for kits that never arrived! Surely people are entitled to a refund if you completely fail to provide the testing kits?? @TSScot

@TravelCTM_UK my husband missed a digit on entering his postcode by mistake. Not once did you get in touch to say it was missing and otherwise it had the full address. We sent several emails and tried to phone on numerous occassions! Surely this is illegal???

@TravelCTM_UK my husband booked the covid home test package on the 16th of February and paid £210, he arrived back in the UK on the 27th of February. No test package has ever arrived, sent numerous emails and phoned the number several times, no reply. Refund should be given ASAP
