Literally opened up the app for the first time in forever to be like lol at the Giants fan who was taking shit when we were walking out of Oracle when the Dbacks lost back in June.
Nah, girl dinner is a mindset I wholeheartedly get behind. It's not snack plate, tapas, nosh, apero. It's being moved by the spirit of the moment, a brief pause of personal indulgence, unimpeded by the wants and needs of others. https://t.co/bndQuet13t
@BoozyBrownGirl @ChesCooks @KellyInPhoenix I donβt have a lot of engagement on this platform, so any time I start getting a lot of notifications for it I already know itβs bc @BoozyBrownGirl tagged me in some nonsense pineapple pizza content. π
Boneless skinless chicken breast is not for the girlies it is for the bros. We are eating pickles and crunchy carbs and cheese and fruit. We are dipping and spreading, plates are optional, but a cute linen napkin is not uncommon.
Vegetables are trendy restaurant things bc girls no longer feel obligated to partner and just stay home and eat girl dinner. So restaurants had to start making brothy beans and charred brassicas to lure us out of our hovels to "share a few small things" w our other girls.
NYC restaurant recs for me and my tween? Doesn't need to be "kid friendly," just not like, Le Bernardin. She enjoys eating and the ~restaurant experience.~ I'd like to do one brunch and one dinner rez, otherwise cool to wing it. Generally wherever in Manhattan, we'll be all over.
I would listen to "We Don't Talk About Bruno" 42 times a day for the rest of the summer if it meant I didn't have to listen to "Scuttlebutt" one more time.
Itβs never ok to pronounce it βNoo-yinβ at a graduation ceremony, but especially gross when you hear it over and over again at a Bay Area school.
