🎞️ week 1 - movies that i watched this week
Aloners (2021) dir. hong sung-eun
; just rewatched this movie, and it feels lonelier than ever. 😭 But i love it. following Jina, a quiet and idgaf woman who slowly opening up to human connection in a life of isolation.
i think yall need to be emotional attachment enough to totally get in to this movie. bc like i dont care if its make sense or not but i honestly totally relate with clark and mary 😃 at some point soooo
I think the idea of the backrooms not changing with the time period is kind of lame and really takes away from the liminal space stuff cuz like. Why would a caveman or a Victorian era guy or a dinosaur feel that weird nostalgia feeling from an office building
@cherriehye@Woohye1231 its useless to interact with them. like what do they know about real acting and art experiences. they are just talking about relevancys all the time like kpop idols or something lmao 😭
the day good partner 2 airing out i would explode. just to think over feminism speech and law dictions from hyeyoon & jang nara alr crazy for me. i swear to u sbs dont ruin the plot
What starts as a quirky slice of life story about a group of friends drifting apart at the onset of adulthood, turns into an exploration of the effects of globalization and an ever-growing wealth gap. An authentic and bittersweet reminder to hold on to the people who matter.
i rewatching finding emily again on cinemas again today. call me crazy or anything. im thinking abt how owen makes funny face at emily and she laughing happily. when emily hurts her lip and owen immediately thrown himself from stage and touch her face with his hands MICHIN! <3
