@British_Airways absolutely appalling service last night, MLA-LGW diverted to Birmingham at 01:30, no transport back to Gatwick, just an email at 3am advising ‘get a coach in the morning’. 26L NOTAM’d closed so WHY were no arrangements made? And why lie to the passengers? 😡
