I saw people outside holding signs for loved ones who they couldn’t visit. I know it made a difference. This uplifts family, friends, and hospital employees. Not disruptive.

I don’t know if it’s untreated/undiagnosed depression or just utter exhaustion, but it’s a struggle to get out of bed or do any self-care. Taking a deep breath and chanting “it’s a great day for up, it’s a great day for up.” #onelegatatime
