Queremos comentarles sobre la situación que está ocurriendo con Last fm para quienes todavía no estén al tanto.

Durante las últimas horas, Last fm informó a través de su cuenta de Twitter que realizó cambios en sus algoritmos. A partir de estas actualizaciones, BTS fue eliminado de varios de sus rankings y muchxs ARMYs comenzaron a notar irregularidades en sus cuentas. En muchos casos, las reproducciones realizadas no están siendo reflejadas en el sitio y las canciones de BTS dejaron de aparecer registradas durante varias horas.

Además, por las declaraciones y acciones de la plataforma, queda claro que una gran parte de la actividad de ARMY está siendo tratada como spam o como si proviniera de bots. Esto es algo que no compartimos ni vamos a tolerar. Sabemos el esfuerzo y la dedicación que ARMY pone cada día para apoyar a BTS de manera legítima, por lo que consideramos inaceptable que se desacredite o invalide ese apoyo.

Como fanbase, siempre vamos a respaldar aplicaciones y plataformas que respeten a BTS y a ARMY. Dado lo ocurrido y la postura que ha tomado Last fm, les pedimos que desvinculen y eliminen sus cuentas de la plataforma.

Por el momento, les pedimos paciencia mientras se termina de evaluar y testear otras herramientas que nos permitan monitorear el streaming de forma segura y confiable. Cuando tengamos una alternativa que consideremos adecuada, estaremos compartiéndola con ustedes.

Mientras tanto, sigamos reproduciendo y apoyando a BTS en todas las plataformas de música. Nuestro streaming sigue siendo importante y cada reproducción cuenta para seguir demostrando el apoyo de ARMY.
