Facebook Needs Marketplace Support

@finkd @Meta @facebook Please add a real support team for Facebook Marketplace. There should be a way to contact a real person when an account is suspended by mistake, especially for people and businesses who spend a lot of money advertising..

The biggest problem is that there is no real Marketplace support team I can contact about my case. If we are paying Facebook to advertise our listings, we should have a way to contact support when something like this happens…

I’m simply asking for a fair review by a real person. Sellers shouldn’t be penalized for errors caused by the platform itself.

@TeamStubHub @StubHub Your website listed my World Cup tickets twice, even though that should have been impossible (because tickets can’t even be listed without first being transferred to your system). Somehow, your system created two sales for the same tickets……

I submitted a dispute explaining exactly what happened, but it was denied without addressing the issue. To make things worse, the decision came from a no-reply email, so I can’t even respond or provide additional information.
